Modified Trading Hours: 30/11/2015 – 04/12/2015

Howdy,

Over the last eight weeks Tweak Geek IT has had a demand on Les’ services which has been both a blessing and a curse. We are so happy that our clients are making leaps and bounds in their business with some even needing to expand, and we are so happy that we can help in some small way. However we have also had some since rectified service issues caused by a third party vendor, and although it was out of our control it still affected some of our clients.

The stress of this and the increased workload has begun to impact Les’ health. He seems to forget he is human and needs crucial things like food and sleep. It is because of this that I have made the executive decision to close down the business for one week starting on the 30th November 2015 – 4th December 2015 and we will reopen on the 7th December 2015.

How does this affect you? Well, if you have a 24/7 support contract this will not affect you as we guarantee support to those clients, however that will be all that will be unaffected. Any projects not completed by the 30th of November will be put on hold until after normal trading resumes on the 7th December. Les will still receive emails, however only in certain circumstances will he reply. For some of our clients we are waiting on final pieces of content before their website is completed, please have this to Les by the 27th November otherwise it will wait until after the break.

Tweak Geek IT prides itself on our customer support and the manner in which we deliver our service, however Les will gladly sacrifice sleep or a meal to provide that service and while I look after the accounting, I also need to care for him as well as he is the heart and soul of Tweak Geek IT and we wouldn’t be where we are today without his sacrifices
